TRANSMISSION OVERHAUL PROCESS

This tedious process can be overcome with patience. Complete a thorough examination of the vehicles performance. Once diagnosed, the transmission is removed, dismantled, and all elements are inspected. Note: In some transmissions there are more than 800 pieces that complete a transmission.

After the transmission has been analyzed, all of the damaged compartments are separated in order to obtain replacement parts, a transmission repair kit is also included, which includes new (in some cases seals, harnesses, sensors etc.) Your transmission torque converter is refurbished in order to have the best performance out of your vehicle.

Before starting the rebuilding process all dust and oil residue is removed, in order for a meticulous cleaning of transmission to be established. The transmission is finally reassembled and reinstalled in the vehicle.
